Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery Timeframe

At Gaia Pharmacy, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped within one business day of placement. The typical delivery time to most countries is about three weeks from the date of dispatch. However, please be aware that due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19 on international logistics, delivery times may vary and some delays can be expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to monitor its progress.

1.2 Package Details

Each package dispatched from Gaia Pharmacy includes the following details to ensure a smooth customs and delivery process:

  • The client’s name and delivery address as specified in the order.
  • A customs declaration form marked as “medication” or “RX medication” (without specifying details of the medication), declaring the value of the medicine to usually be less than $75. This helps in avoiding extensive customs duties and facilitates easier processing at the border. Shipping charges are not included in the declared value.

**Please note: If required, we can provide a detailed invoice for the total amount paid, including the cost of the medication and the shipping charges.

1.3 Prescription Requirements

Gaia Pharmacy adheres strictly to the laws and guidelines set by the USA FDA. To order from us, a valid prescription from a licensed physician is required for all medications. We do not ship scheduled drugs or controlled substances. Depending on your country’s regulations, orders are generally limited to a three-month supply of medication. We advise all our customers to check with their local authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and to determine any specific requirements that might apply to their medication orders.

1.4 Prescription Assistance

Gaia Pharmacy is committed to ensuring that our customers can access the medications they need. If you do not have a prescription from your local physician, we can facilitate a connection with one of our trusted licensed physicians who can evaluate your medical needs. It is always advisable to consult with your local physician first to determine the right medication for you. Should you opt for an assessment by our physicians, they will review your medical information, may ask additional questions to ensure the appropriateness of the medication, and then provide a scanned copy of the prescription directly to your email. A hard copy of the prescription will also be included with your package. If our physician determines that it is unsafe to prescribe the requested medication, or recommends that you visit a local general practitioner (GP), we will process a full refund. We maintain the highest standards of privacy and security; none of your personal health information is shared outside the context of your direct medical care.

1.5 Tracking and Delivery Issues

Once your order has been processed and entered into our system, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking details of your package. The tracking number is assigned to your package at our pharmacy and becomes active on the courier company’s website only after the package has reached their facility, which may take a few days after dispatch. If you do not see immediate tracking updates, please allow some time for the information to appear. In case your package tracking details are still not visible on the courier website after several days, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service through the website’s chat option for assistance. We are here to help resolve any issues and ensure that your package reaches you as expected.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

2.1 Return and Refund Policy

Gaia Pharmacy is dedicated to delivering high-quality medications and ensuring that all orders are processed accurately according to the prescription and customer requirements. However, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of medications once they have left the pharmacy. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Gaia Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel the return request if it is made after the 3-day window. Upon verification of the issue, if the complaint is found genuine, we will initiate the refund process.
